libalgorithm-permute-perl software package provides module to perform permutations with object oriented interface, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libalgorithm-permute-perl
libalgorithm-permute-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libalgorithm-permute-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libalgorithm-permute-perl *
You will get with libalgorithm-permute-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
